• On a major HR transformation project I provided analysis on how client will support its HR operation target model to its staff globally as well as processes and systems to meet its intended changing business needs.
• As a client delivery consultant resource on the investment bank transformation system integration programme. As part of programme Governance I developed and delivered communication strategy used to manage, monitor and control all programme board level communications capturing key actions, risks, issues and change requests were implemented within the change control process.
• As part of the SaaS Cloud solution using FM Navigator automation engine I lead in advising the client (Risk Management Advisory Consultancy) on how to accelerate their move to cloud whilst banking the benefits and minimizing business and regulatory risks in considering a cloud based SaaS solution.
