Who does this scheme suit?
Our Intern & Graduate Membership Scheme is designed for ambitious undergraduates and recently graduated individuals that want to work in close collaboration with the experienced Aspire team. This will provide members with the opportunity to complement their theoretical understanding with hard earned practical learning and development experiences by working together in a supportive and collegiate manner with their experienced Aspire colleagues.
This membership scheme is ideal for interns that want to complement their ongoing degree studies with practical work experience opportunities to work with Aspire team members on initially internal projects with the potential to also support external client facing projects.
The membership scheme is also ideal for recent graduates who are finding it hard to get their first full time role after graduating or are struggling to find interesting and challenging work and want to gain some practical internal and external consulting and business analyst type project experience to strengthen their CV’s and accelerate their personal development.
In addition if you have a business idea or an SME interest area that you are passionate about we will help you incubate your idea and think through and plan how you could launch the business idea independently or through Aspire as a new line of business or new service offering.
What benefits does the member receive?
The internship period for interns can typically be up to 12 months on a 1 or more day a week basis to fit around your studies. For graduates, typically a 2-3 month internship is worked, at which point Aspire will either provide you with an opportunity to work on a paid full-time, paid part time or extended internship basis or will provide a reference for your future employer.
Members will get access to two E-learning Training Courses (1) The CXO Diagnostic course (Retail Price: £500) and (2) The Addressing the BREXIT Challenge course (Retail Price: £500) via our e-learning platform included in the price of the membership. The first course will provide background on Aspires engagement approach to delivering strategy consulting engagements and introduce the reader to the Aspire CXO Diagnostic suite which is at the heart of our business model.
We see it as our duty to help you learn and grow and develop your commercial awareness as individuals and strengthen your confidence in your own abilities to add value in any role you decide to pursue in the future or through continuing to work with Aspire to help drive and grow our business together.
We will also help you explore your own networks for business development leads. Where leads result in projects for Aspire teams to deliver, you will earn commission at pre-agreed rates.
Members will also be able to participate in business initiatives with Aspire Business Partnerships. More news will follow on this front shortly when we publish our Partners Page in the next few weeks.
