Our Transactional Process Improvement course will help you implement breakthrough improvements within your
business. After completing this course, delegates will have acquired a new approach to process creation and improvement that they can use again and again.

The course begins with an introduction to the steps involved in process design and improvement, focussing on the impact that this can have for developing interpersonal and organisational effectiveness.
We detail ways in which transactional process improvement and practice can be introduced and sustained, using a structured training process that includes a number of “real life” scenarios. The course is suitable for all levels of leadership, empowering them to enhance their Transactional Process performance, which will benefit in their personal and organisational development.

The Aspire Performance Improvement Transactional Process Improvement workshop will provide you and your team with a robust standardised engagement approach to prepare you for the benefits of an improved transactional process. Our workshop will demonstrate how you can use our unique range of diagnostics to empower your organisation to assess and harness the power of Transactional Process Improvement. The workshop will be led by an experienced and professional trainer, meaning you can improve your business’ transaction processes without having to spend a fortune on expensive external consultancy resources.

The course cost includes a 12-month subscription to the Aspire E-Learning Management System (Typically £500 + VAT per user licence). The day rate covers refreshments and a light lunch as well.
