Support Founder and Partner Group to Develop 5 Year Business Strategy for Growth

Client Need

The Founding Partner of a £25m plus turnover chartered accountancy group, comprised of thirty partners, wanted to conduct an equity growth review of their business operation to help consider how they had matured since the last review. The review conducted indicated that there were a number of critical areas to address and it was agreed a 5 year business plan needed to be developed with Aspire facilitation and programme management support.

Our Approach

Aspire was engaged to support the leadership team and partner group to develop the 5 year business strategy for the partnership. Our approach involved face to face meetings and group workshops to understand the differing partner views on how the business should drive future growth. Areas tackled included – (1)organisational realignment, (2) sector strategy, (3) service strategy, (4) internal IT delivery, (5) external IT service strategy, (6) HR strategy, (7) finance strategy, (8) marketing and go to market strategy, (9) management and leadership development.

Outcome Delivered

Aspire are continuing to help the board to align their thinking and personal objectives and agree on an overarching business strategy and integrated 5 year business plan for all areas (1 to 9) above.
