By using our website, you are accepting the following terms and conditions. If you do not want to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, please do not access or use the website.
Unless otherwise stated, you are hereby permitted to copy and use material published by ASPIRE on this website for the internal purposes of your organisation, provided you retain any copyright notice applying to the material. Individual items may have more specific terms and conditions associated with them, in which case those terms and conditions will apply to that item in place of this general permission. If the copyright owner of any material published on this service is not ASPIRE, your rights in respect of that material will be as defined by the copyright owner of the material concerned.

Purchasing through the ASPIRE Store
Placing an order through the ASPIRE Store involves:
- Navigating to the Store page
- Adding the products/services you want to the basket (it is strongly recommended that you read the descriptions of product(s) before purchasing)
- Proceeding to checkout
- Providing your information and selecting your payment method.
- Submitting your order.
- Making the payment.
- Reviewing your order
- Receive an email regarding the creation of your ASPIRE account.
- Receiving an email receipt.
- Receiving an email of confirmation of completed order.
You consent to receive sales invoices electronically.
Prices displayed on the store are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). Totals with VAT calculated and added are displayed on the basket, at checkout and on the order review.
Here are the available payment methods:
- Stripe (for payments using your bank card)
- BACS (Direct Bank Transfer) *
*Unavailable for subscriptions (e-learning courses & memberships)
All payments are handled on our website are handled by third parties. Therefore, personal information will be shared to these third parties to complete orders. We are not liable for the mishandling of any payment made after the point of the final confirmation an order being placed and/or the payment being made on our website as third parties handle transaction process.
The only payment methods available for subscriptions are PayPal and Stripe. Guest checkout is unavailable through PayPal as well. You can only switch memberships using the Stripe payment method. For more information on how to cancel Reference Transactions, please refer information about cancelling subscriptions.
Purchasing a subscription (e-learning and membership) product means you are agreeing to enter a contract in which ASPIRE provides service(s) for a recurring charge or a charge covering a period.
Upon purchasing an e-learning product, you will be immediately charged the full amount for access to the related software and resources for a year.
Upon purchasing a membership product, you will be immediately charged an amount depending on the selection made on the product page and payment will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel your subscriptions.
Only one membership can be purchased at any one time.
The price of a subscription can change at any time. ASPIRE will communicate any price changes to you in advance. Price changes for subscriptions will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. As permitted by local law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the service after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with the price changes, you have the right to reject the change by unsubscribing from the service prior to the price change going into effect. Please therefore make sure you read any such notification of price changes carefully.
Cancellations and Refunds
You have a right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. However, if the product purchased is a download, beginning the download means you lose your 14 day right to cancel.
Training courses can only be cancelled prior to the event of said course.
Subscriptions (e-learning courses and memberships) can be cancelled at any time from the ASPIRE account area accessible from checkout or basket. The steps are outlined as followed:
- Login into your ASPIRE account from the checkout page
- Upon login, under My Subscriptions you can cancel the subscription
- When the subscription is cancelled, it will go into a “pending cancellation” state
- After a window of time, subscription is fully cancelled and access to the subscriptions’ benefits are revoked.
Refunds are given to all products/services dependent on the conditions of use. If you would like to request a refund, please contact email@example.com with your order number in the subject line of the email. Amount refunded will be dependent on the product purchased. For subscriptions, you will be refunded the amount per remaining time left on the subscription period.
We reserve the right to cancel any license to any software or download at any point if we deem it appropriate, this includes your request of cancellation.
Upon first purchasing a product/service from the store, an ASPIRE account is automatically created with your email being used to generate its username and a password auto-generated. These credentials are then sent to your email provided upon creation, with an invitation to login to the account area. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failing to keep this information secure and confidential. Please notify us immediately any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security.
ASPIRE will hold and process any personal information, which you provide to us on this website to facilitate and enhance the services, which we provide.
If you do not want your personal information collected, please do not submit it. If you choose not to give personal information to us, we may not be able to provide you with access to some of the pages, products and services presented on this website.
It will normally be clear when personal information is being collected. We may request your name, email address, postal address and post code, telephone number and company name, amongst other information depending on the purpose for which your personal information is being collected.
Although we may provide the personal information to service providers that handle information, under a data processor agreement, on our behalf, we do not share, sell or distribute personal data to or with third parties unless the transfer of your data to third parties is necessary for the performance of the purpose for which it was provided.
